Bell-clear, fresh, almost “slender” Riesling nose, white peach, some lemon zest, then a fascinating sweetness-acidity competition, orange pekoe, a dash of herbal bitters, entwined with juicy stone fruit notes and pitch-dark minerality; long, persistent and very noble, reminiscent of the best German Rieslings.
