SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14 °C

RECOMMENDATION: Perfect with white meat, fish or mediterranean food.

Hand-picked, gentle pressing and processing, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tank, aging on fine yeast. Matured in large oak barrels.
