Service

You are welcome to store your bicycles in our bicycle room free of charge. A parking space in our parking garage can be reserved upon request for the duration of your stay for 10€/day. There are also 2 e-charging stations in our garage, 30€/charge.

Breakfast

We don´t offer breakfast, but within a few minutes walk there are breakfast options i.e. Café Mariandl

Check-in and Check-out

Our holiday apartments are ready for you from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate your apartment by 10 am on the day of departure. Please settle your bill in cash before you leave. No deposit required. Arrival in the time between 14:00 – 17:00. For later arrival we ask for timely notice, otherwise the check-in is not staffed. CHECK-OUT: until 10:00 am; Sunday and public holidays no arrival and departure! Short stays (2 – 3 nights) are accepted only 1 week in advance.

Cancellation

Up to 1 month before the agreed day of arrival at the latest, the accommodation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. 30 to 8 days before arrival day 50% of the total price will be charged and in the last week 90% of the total price. The conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

Pricing

Prices are per apartment (1 – 2 persons) per day, excluding final cleaning of € 25,- and accommodation tax (€ 2,50 per person and day). Sunday and public holidays no arrivals!
